Are you ready to take everything you know and everything that you practice and let it go? Evolving from the heart is your core connection to the fabric of life. Letting go allows for wisdom beyond rational understanding.
Nelson Mandela said,
“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate,
Our deepest fear is that we are all powerful beyond measure.
It is our light, not our darkness
that most frightens us.”
Letting go of who you think you are, what you think you are, what you think you want, what you think you have, what you have learned and how important all of this is to you, can be both freeing and produce fear at the same time.
Letting go is an act of doing. Doing is the action required to evolve by letting go of your small self, which in turn, will evolve your world around you. It is time to stop ‘book learning’ about being conscious and time to start doing.
At the first glance, this ‘letting go’ seems very scary. But as you move consciously forward, coupled with the continued emergence of conscious awareness, you become part of a moving river of energy. Whether you notice it or not, this river is increasingly becoming stronger and deeper within our world and with every moment of time. This symbiotic process is a part of you and you are a part of everything. You are already there, you only need to consciously wake up to it.
Is your inner being unsatisfied or at peace by whatever you are doing or aspiring to do? This yearning calls you to your core and that core is your heart. The true journey into the fabric of life begins and ends with the Heart – Core connection. With that core connection, your conscious awareness becomes clear and ever expanding into pure feeling, intuition, vitality, love and right living.
“As we are liberated from our own fear,
Our presence automatically liberates others.”
