A change is as good as a rest "they” say… And I tend to agree. However, the delights of all out rest can be just as nourishing.
Rejuvenation is different for each of us. For some, it may be a hike through the coastal mountains, kayaking on our beautiful waters, or rock climbing up a sheer face. To others, rejuvenation is partaking in a favourite activity or hobby, a cuppa tea with good friends or family, meditating, or taking a well-deserved nap! Perhaps it is a combination of all of the above.
Whatever it is for you, summer is a great time to slow down and indulge in that which nourishes you right to your core.
It has been proven that breaks allow us to operate more efficiently and effectively on all levels: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.
