Signs Our Bodies Give Us

Article:

I heard in the news that the government wants to do something about all the toxins and chemicals in our houses and environment. The politicians are beginning to worry about their children… that is progress.

Too many people have allergies because of their exposure to toxins. Our home interiors can be more toxic to us than our outside environment.

I remember my first teacher in Chemistry who told us on the first day of class, "Never put anything together when you do not know how it reacts with each other … whether it explodes, causes toxic fumes, makes a noise and some harmless smoke, or combines and forms something new.”

Just think about what we are putting in our body, on our skin, and in our lungs, of which we may not know to how it all reacts together.

In our body:

Meat that contains hormones, antibiotics, vaccines, herbicides, and pesticides. Produce containing herbicides, pesticides. Water with chlorine and other toxins. Processed and packaged food with numerous additives. Medication. Kevin Trudeau states in his book "Natural Cures ’they’ don’t want us to know about” that 15,000 additives are allowed to be added to our food without listing them on the label.

On our body:

Lotion, shampoos, colour, sun-protection, suntan creams, perfumes.

Into the lungs:

Fumes from carpets, paint, the cleaners that are in your house, cigarettes, air fresheners, candles, the fumes from all the plastic products surrounding us, fumes from the colour of clothes we buy.

Actually we are a chemical cocktail and it is no wonder why people are ill and dis-eased.

Yes, I know that we can’t avoid everything. And becoming paranoid and stressed about it is even worse, as this emotional reaction causes our bodies to be acidic.

No one has tested how all these toxins interact with one another. It is doubtful that anyone will ever be able to test this as the living and eating habits of each person is too different.

In order to be healthy, we need to get rid of as many toxins as possible and we need to have an alkaline body. Reducing our chemical intake as much as possible will result in increasing our abilities to handle the things we can’t avoid. I have no allergies. Nobody in my class in university had allergies, because we were not consuming all these popular processed foods and drinks.

Nowadays, it has become "normal” to have allergies and it seems people do not wonder why. The fewer toxins we take in, the less allergies we’ll have.

It is essential to drink enough water to help the body to detoxify properly, and it is important to be aware of the various waters available. Tap water has many toxins and we really do not know what is in it. A lot depends on the location where we live.

Distilled Water still contains chlorine and volatile organic chemicals. The constant heat will remove only contaminants with a higher boiling point than water, such as minerals, heavy metals, and many chemicals from pesticide runoff.

Reverse Osmosis results in water that is acidic. The membrane will remove mineral components and most heavy metals from drinking water. It will not remove chlorine and other synthetic chemicals as these are physically smaller than water molecules and will pass through the membrane quite easily.

The best solution, in my opinion, is a filter system that is as fine as a dialysis machine, adds minerals, and contains magnets to add energy and oxygenate the water.

In addition to drinking enough water, we can detoxify with herbs, detoxifying teas, Chlorella, Himalayan goji juice, and fasting. Late winter is a great time to fast. Saunas, exercise and reflexology are all very helpful. Find what works best for you and ensure to drink water.
