Organic Celery Soup

Here’s a cool, spicey soup for the hot summer days!


Summer Spicey Soup 

Serves 4-6 


3/4 Cup Organic Celery and Leaves, cut into pieces 

2 1/2 Cups Water, may be Organic Cucumber Water 

1/2 tsp. Sea Salt 

1/4 Cup Organic Olive Oil 

1/4 Cup Organic Lemon juice 

1/2 Cup Organic Raisins 

1/2 Cup Fresh Organic Basil broken up 

Combine all the above ingredients in a blender until smooth. 


Then add the following: 

1/2 Organic Red Pepper chopped 

Handful of Organic Carrot chopped 

1/4 Spicey Pepper, Jalapeno is good 


Blend again until all is smooth. 

Serve with Crackers and Butter.
